COSAFA side Madagascar booked their place in the final of the 2015 CAF Beach Soccer Championship and in doing so have qualified for the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in Portugal later in the year.
The Malagasy edged Ivory Coast 3-1 on penalties after the teams had played to a thrilling 4-4 draw in their semifinal on Saturday.
They will meet Senegal in the decider after the latter edged Nigeria 4-3 after extra-time of their semifinal. They too advance to the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup.
Tournament hosts Seychelles lost 5-1 to Morocco and will now meet Ghana to avoid last place on Sunday.
