MALAWI FACE EGYPT CHALLENGE
Malawi will play African champions Egypt in an international friendly ahead of the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations in Angola.
The Malawians are one of four COSAFA countries appearing at the tournament, along with the hosts, Mozambique and Zambia.
The match against The Pharaohs will take place on December 29 at the Egyptians' training base in the UAE.
Malawi, appearing in just their second Nations Cup finals having first featured in 1984, have been drawn in Group A with Angola, Mali and Algeria.
They will open their campaign against Algeria in Luanda on January 11.
