BOTSWANA, ZAMBIA IN STALEMATE
Botswana and Zambia played out to a 0-0 draw in an international friendly in Gaborone on Saturday.
The Zambians fielded a eam made up of mostly Under-23 players who they are blooding ahead of the 2011 All Africa Games and 2012 Olympic Games qualifiers which start later this year.
Former Zambia international Lucky Msiska was in charge of the Chipolopolo side and he was pleased with the outcome.
“I am very happy with what I saw and we dominated the first half before Botswana enjoyed possession in the second half,” Msiska said. “I now have a good idea what I will be dealing with now.”
Msiska will be leading the Under-23 team in their qualification campaign.
