SA SQUAD FOR TRAINING CAMP

Peterborough United defender Mark Arber has named by South Africa in a squad of 21 foreign-based players who are to assemble for a three day training camp in England later this month, the South African Football Association said on Saturday.
The 26-year-old Arber, a former apprentice at Tottenham Hotspur, was born in South Africa when his father Bobby played soccer for the now-defunct Johannesburg club Rangers.
He is one of two uncapped players named by new national coach Stuart Baxter, who will get his first opportunity to work with his players.
The other uncapped player is right wing Rowen Hendricks from Russian club FC Rostov.
The return of FC Porto striker Benni McCarthy's to the South African national team after his short "retirement" from international football has been confirmed with his inclusion in the squad.
McCarthy missed the African Nations Cup finals in Tunisia earlier this year after a row over his availability for the tournament .
The South Africans will assemble from April 26-29 at Pennyhill Park in Surrey for the camp.
