Zimbabwe coach Charles Mhlauri has named a preliminary squad of locally-based players only for the Cosafa Castle Cup finals tournament in Mmabatho next month but has said he might reinforce the team with players from Zimbabwe’s sizeable contingent of professionals in the South African league.
Mhlauri is only expected to finalise his squad a week before the tournament in Mmabatho on August 13-14.
Zimbabwe play defending champions Angola in the opening semifinal match on August 13.
