MOZAMBICAN CLUB SIGN DEAL
Portuguese giants Benfica have signed a co-operation agreement with Mozambican club Costa do Sol during a visit to his home country of the former Portuguese great Eusebio.
Benfica, who are through to the last 16 of the UEFA Champions League after eliminating Manchester United last week, will help Costa do Sol with player and coaching exchanges.
Benfica legend Eusebio, born in Mozambique, is back in the country to help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Costa do Sol, who in colonial times were known as Benfica Lourenco Marques.
Costa do Sol finished as runners-up in both the Mozambican league and cup last month.
