FREDERICKS FLIES BACK HOME

South African international Stanton Fredericks has left his Russian club FK Moscow to return home to play for Orlando Pirates, the Johannesburg-based club said on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old winger, who won the last of his 14 caps at the 2004 African Nations Cup finals, signed a two-deal with the club, competing in the last eight of this year’s African Champions League.
Fredericks played formerly at South African clubs Wits University and Kaizer Chiefs and for Grasshoppers Zurich in Switzerland. He was released by the Russian club after making just four starts over the last year.
