ZEBRAS DRAW IN UGANDA

Uganda and Botswana played out a goalless draw in Kampala in their international friendly on Saturday as both teams unveiled new coaches.
A penalty shootout was held at the end to decide a winner with Uganda coming up trumps 3-1
It was the second game in charge for Uganda’s new coach Laszlo Csaba while the first game for Englishman Colwyn Rowe to run his eye over the potential in the Zebras line-up.
Botswana play on August 19 in the semifinal of the Cosafa Castle Cup away against Zambia in Lusaka.
“We created a lot of chances but lacked concentration. Most of the players were simply nervous,” was the analysis of Uganda’s Hungarian coach.
Uganda twice hit the woodwork in the game and unveiled a new striker in Anthony Bongole, who made an impressive debut.
Uganda are to play another friendly in Tripoli against Libya on August 16.
