ZAMBIA TO HOST COSAFA WOMENS CHAMPS
Zambia are to host the second Cosafa women’s championship in Lusaka later this month.
The tournament will be played from August 21-28 at Woodlands stadium in Lusaka.
Nine countries are talking part in the event – Angola, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
The only previous Cosafa women’s tournament was held in Zimbabwe in 2002. South Africa beat Zimbabwe 2-1 in the final.
