HIGHLANDERS WIN ZIMBABWE CHAMPIONSHIP

Bulawayo club Highlanders won the premier league title in Zimbabwe on Sunday, securing the title with a 4-2 win at Hwange.
It is the fifth title in eight years for Highlanders, who moved into an unassailable position in the standings with three more matches to be played.
Highlanders needed only a single point from Sunday’s away game but jumped into a four goal lead before their hosts grabbed two late consolation goals.
Highlanders qualify to play in next year’s MTN CAF Champions League.
