ZAMBIA MUST WIN IN ETHIOPIA

Zambia must beat Zanzibar in Addis Ababa on Saturday to avoid the embarrassment of early elimination from the East and Central African Senior Challenge Cup in Ethiopia.
Zambia, who are guest competitors at the event, were beaten 3-2 by Burundi in their opening Group B game on Sunday and will go home early if they fail to attain a victory in the last group game at the weekend.
Zambia’s Post newspaper earlier this week accused the Zambian players of being “on holiday” while coach Patrick Phiri admitted the loss to minnows Burundi had been a major embarrassment.
