NO CONTRACT FOR ZAMBIA’S SICHONE

Contract negotiations between Zambian defender Moses Sichone and his German club Alemannia Aachen have broken down, meaning a departure for the 29-year-old at the end of the season.
Sichone has been at Aachen for the last three years and is the club’s vice captain but frustrated officials said they had been unable to conclude negotiations over a new deal with the tall centre back.
Aachen’s sports director Jorg Schmadtke said Aachen had made no efforts in the last four months to tie up a new deal with Sichone because they felt too many of the more than 50 goals concede by the club in this year’s Bundesliga were his fault.
Sichone told the German football magazine ’kicker’: “Life goes on!”
