The key MTN Africa Cup of Nations qualifier between Lesotho and Uganda, scheduled for Maseru on Sunday, has been postponed to Tuesday because the referees failed to arrive.
Officials said the Tanzania trio, led by Victor Mwandike, had missed their flight to Maseru. An attempt by Lesotho Football Association officials to import replacement referees from neighbouring South Africa had been rejected by the Ugandans.
Uganda must win the match to keep alive their chances of qualifying from Group Three.
