YOUNG SQUAD NAMED BY LESOTHO

Lesotho have named a young side to compete in the weekend’s Cosafa Castle Cup Group C mini tournament in Botswana, including four teenagers in a 20-man squad.
Lesotho face World Cup finalists Angola in the first of Saturday’s semifinals.
Veteran striker Lebajoa Mphongoa will be a veritable elder statesman in the squad at the age of 33. He played in Lesotho’s first-ever Cosafa Castle Cup game against Zambia in 1977.
Mphongoa is one of five South African-based players in the squad. Tefo Maipato, Motlalepula Mofolo and Katleho Moleko all come from Orlando Pirates’ development academy in Johannesburg.
Lesotho’s team is coached by Motheo Mohapi.
